Love the folk roots again, but nothing high energy at all?

Huge fan of theirs but when they claimed this album was getting back to their roots I was hoping for something along the lines of Rubber Factory or at least something with a faster tempo songs.
That said, it is definitely a step back toward the reason I liked them in the beginning.
A smooth rock album

The whole album is a smooth jam. Very cool.
Love it! They stayed true to their folk roots!

I was worried they would try something out of left field but love how they stuck to what makes them great—their timeless folk melodies and no nonsense. My favorite band of all time. We’ll worth the $7.
Love it

Couple of songs for radio. Otherwise back to their roots. This album rips!
I’m liking this one

Less keyboard-focused than Let’s Rock. More of a classic touch, sounds good.

Consistently killing it. Lots of albums I’ll listen to streaming before I buy it on iTunes, with the black keys I feel safe buying the album and listening to it off the rip. Haven’t been disappointed yet.
Best album in years

Absolutely in love with this album. The lyrics and the music are great. Billy Gibbons from ZZ Top has a guest spot and is genius as usual. The beats on this are ridiculous and infectious. This will be on repeat all day long.
