Came across this song one day and listened to it. I’ve read through the reviews including good and bad ones. Not a single one that said this was offensive included why. I think that people only look at what they want and are so close minded. Out there in the real world you have to look at the bigger picture. Yes, the song is called Rich Men North of Richmond and he is saying that they are the problem but he talks about politicians and other things to. A comment said that they get offended because they live north of Richmond and are poor and “work very hard. Please Apple don’t make me listen to this again”. Apple never forced you to do anything. Stop looking for attention and pity because there are many people who work hard and aren’t doing the greatest but if you need something you work for it. Another one was saying it was fat-phobic. Okay. Die at 40 because of heart failure then. If you aren’t going to take accountability for your actions then you are going to get hit with karma. Just wanted to clear this up for everybody.
