If Beyonce wanted to do country I wouldn't have an issue, but this cd sounds like someone trying to make a country cd after never listening to country music before. It's basically terrible pop country that if it wasn't Beyonce it would never even have been made. And don't get me started on her bed version of Jolene.

I wouldn’t consider myself a Beyoncé fan, however after hearing the people I consider musically sounds give their thoughts. I gave this album a listen. I really appreciate and respect her for Cowboy Cater. I’m looking forward to hearing more growth from her.

What a beautiful album!!! From start to finsih, there are literally no skips for me. The production is outstanding. Her voice is incredible. I love hearing Dolly Parton and Willie Nelson's interludes throughout. While not strictly a "Country" album, there is something here for everyone. My favorite tracks so far: Blackbird, My Rose, Bodyguard, Daughter, Spaghetti, Tyrant
Give it a listen, you won't be sorry!!! The Queen Bey is at her best
