I love this entire series but this saga is my absolute favorite!

The absolute best saga so far! I’m obsessed.

Wow. Okay. This Saga absolutely ~wrecked~ me. Unfortunately (for me), that is not an exaggeration by any means. I have listened to it so many times now, and I ~still~ cry most of the time. 'The Underworld'. Wow. You did that, Jorge. Way to ruin my absolute life. This song lives rent free in my head. Not only is it incredibly heartbreaking, but the song it beautiful. Hauntingly so. It encapsulates the scene so perfectly and I don't know what to do with myself. 'No Longer You'. *deep breath* Mason Olshavsky has the ~perfect~ voice for Tiresias. Every single song in this saga is so aptly haunting. I think the writing in this song, specifically, is incredible. The way that it captures everything that has happened so far as well as everything that is going to happen is amazing. It's one of the few songs that has a repeated chorus and I feel like that was so intentional because it just sticks with you. (Also adore our "Owldysses" moment) 'Monster'. Hm. I don't have many words for this other than I think it ~has~ to be my favorite on the album. The call back to the first song of the show, just a man, everything that has come before it and yet still managing to be completely unique and new and ~terrifying~. This song really made me question if maybe ruthlessness ~is~ mercy. Well done. Just completely well done. Overall. This saga is so beautiful and haunting. It has so many repeated themes and motifs from the rest of the show and is some of the most brilliant theater music I have ever heard. Wow. The Circe Saga remains my favorite but this one is so incredibly close to taking the crown, it's ridiculous. Came out of nowhere. Wow. *I am the monster, rawr, rawr, rawr 🦖*

Honestly all the saga’s are amazing and this is a great ending of the first act🙌🏻

Best saga out yet. (This was written in April 2024. The wisdom saga isn’t out yet) I’m obsessed over Epic the musical.

I love the epic musical as a whole but the underworld saga is so important for Odysseus character development and how he becomes so rough and like jay says a “monster”. 1000/10

This album and the other Epic sagas are amazing. There is so much thought and care put into these songs and it truly has a lasting impact on you. <3 I love them!
