This sounds like the thunderstorms of my childhood - the ones that charged the atmosphere and put me at peace. The thunder is so realistic and great for me to rest with. The track with the oceans is really nice, too. Both are crisp recordings and do the job!

After trying Ocean Waves, I wanted to give this one a shot.
It is nice to have the rain sound along with the ocean. It gives a whole different mood. I particularly love when thunder strikes. Ive always been drawn to the sound of thunder, it allows me to tap into and experience the strength and vast magnitude in Nature.
There is a certain magic that gets unleashed during a tropical thunderstorm, if you get to live somewhere to hear and experience it life- well thats great. But if you live in a dry and busy city like me this is very welcome as an alternative. Makes you feel you are somewhere else for an hour or so.
It is great that there is two long tracks... you appreciate it better than having many short ones.

I like the quality of the recording, crisp and clear and the thunder is distant so it is not startling. Perfect to play in the background for ambiance.
I just with tracks were a bit longer...it takes me about 40 minutes to fall asleep.
I don't know for sleep but will play for my halloween party!

I don't know about using this for sleep but I am using this album for my Halloween party. I think thunder is scary!
