Good single to put out, it gave a taste of a new album that the fans like me want to be the first to buy when it arrives on vinyl. So far I've purchased two vinyls from them 'Brothers' and 'El Camino'. I can't wait for the new album.

Did you all ever stop to think that they didn't make this song to please you? Maybe they made it to express their feelings and thoughts about their home? Don't like it? Then skip past it. Music is art, art is expression. Art is not saying "well we could make this song, but some people may not like it." Have any of you made any best-selling albums/songs lately? Didn't think so.

Personally I hate Ohio, but the Black Keys definitely are a high point--way to make the big OH seem LOADS more interesting than it is. And yes, most of us do want to get out but as far as returning? Giving that one a big "hmmmmm"...

this song was originally released to be a bonus track for the vinyl release of brothers, so its just a fun, bluesy song paying homage to their home where they got their start. sure, not the best song they've ever put out, but thats not really what the song is about

...to everyone wondering why The Black Keys wrote a song about Ohio, use your heads. The Black Keys grew up in Akron, Ohio, and that's also where the band was formed. The track is very energetic, and very patriotic.

What do you mean 'Why do we need a song about Ohio'? Ohio is where Pat and Dan were born and raised. Besides, it's a great song.
