Fairly plain with some good Pink Martini touches

A lot of the numbers could have been performed by any decent musical group but there are enough distinctly Pink Martini standouts to make it worthwhile. First, Drummer Boy - an annoying tedious song that I normally loathe but on this album it is well worth a listen since Pink Martini gives it a Latin rhythm as only they can. The only other tolerable version of this song that exists is by Joan Baez ("Noel" album) and this one is as good. If you only wanted to buy one song, this would be it. The other good ones are "Congratulations," "We Three Kings," "Snow Globe Christmas" and "Ocho Kandelikas."
