I bought this on CD years ago by mistake, thinking it had a favorite track from a Van Morrison hits compilation, but it was not the right album (the album I needed was Moondance). Anyway, it turned out to be a good mistake, as this is a timeless album in it's own right. For fans of Moondance or Astral Weeks, or just Van in general, you won't be disappointed. An interesting factoid: this is Sinéad O'Connor's favorite album (at least based on what she said in interviews).
    • One of the greatest pop music albums ever recorded

In the conversation for best album ever created. It's Astral Weeks with a little something more — nuanced, mature, transcendent.

Bought it and Hard Nose The Highway immediately and in their entirety. Still missing Tupelo Honey...?
