Love this album... a lot of great tracks. I especially dig the way Michelle mixes indie rock and shoegaze on tracks "Diving Woman" and "Road Head." Excited for her 3rd LP!

This album has been my savior these past few months. Michelle tackles grief and trauma so subtly that you don’t realize what’s happening until it’s midnight and you’re listening to The Body is a Blade and crying. If you’ve ever lost a loved one, this album is chock full of songs to help you heal - it helps that every one of them also SLAPS. Be prepared to dance, to jam, to cry, to marvel. Best played or listened to really loud, or really quiet.

This is boring garbage. Maybe if she had a certain type of pedal tone to enhance her music, she could step up her game.

Ive heard some of their other albums and they were hit or miss for me, but this album has a good all round flow with some variations in genre. Enjoying it a lot while driving as it is mostly relaxing with a few grunge-like moments. I like the direction theyre going and I look forward to the next album. Favorite song on it is 12 steps if anyone reading this is wondering (most likely not =P)

Very cool album!!! Highly recommended. The reviewer named "Mojominime" is a complete and utter moron. Leave your politics and stupid opinions that aren't even reviews (nor make any sense whatsoever) out of the review section, how about that!
