I’ve been following Phil for years now. His collection of gospel albums in the 80s were stunning. It left nothing to the imagination. You knew exactly what and where the music was going and you wanted Phil to take you.
But this album is a monster. The texture and style even down to the photo just simply says...excellence. I can’t stop listening to it. It’s like watching your favorite directors new film. You have to see it more than one just to collect all the gems you missed the first time. This album isn't just a classic...it’s an experience.

Anything sung by Philip Bailey is worth listening to! This new CD is packed full of a variety of styles. If you're expecting "EWF" ish, you might be disappointed. This CD puts Philip's talent on full display. I am hoping that one of these days he will record a smooth jazz/light funk Gospel CD which exalts our Savior Jesus Christ. Thank you Philip! Keep up the great and growing work!

If the rest of the CD sounds like that initial cut for sale of "Once In a Lifetime", and "Billy Jack" (which was available on UTube), no one will buy it. Definitely not off to a good start.
