I purchased the song but do not have access to play or stream it outside of the US from what I can tell. It is extremely frustrating to pay money for a product and not be able to access it. So this is a licensing or Apple issue.

The song is an amazing piece, a perfect fusion of solace, reunion and the embodiment of all that is vigilantly good in us. Without dropping any spoilers in regard to the endgame... The song embodies the tone of the final MSQ expansion quest for Shadowbringers.
The song starts off as a requiem for those whom have fallen and a hope for those we can yet save, building up to a declaration of heroic defiance in the face of a mortal enemy to humanity, and an apparent, old acquaintance...
So this song is very very very good in my opinion
