Silk Sonic ABSOLUTELY did that!! This particular song was a MAJOR hit for Con funk shun and they made the HUGE mistake of NOT ever releasing the song as a “single.”🙀 .. So Silk Sonic, great choice for a “remake” & love the way they vocally exemplifies the song,🎶 sticking to the main core of the song!! Great job!🙌Their vocals are so on-point, I know Con funk shun should be pleased & honored. One has to pay close attention yet they instilled their own ad libs to the song making it even greater!..Wouldn’t it be really nice if BOTH group was too perform this song together!🙀WOW!!… It’s “perfection” @ its finest!! There guys are “super Sonic!”….👏👏
