I lost my father to cancer in 2020, this album hit me right in the heart. Just about every song had me in tears. All you people out there lucky enough to still have your dads, give them a call and tell them you love them. Man, what an album.

I don’t know how you did it!!! You wrote a song that is my brother. He just turned 54 June 12 2024. 17 years in remission from brain cancer and went threw Smart syndrome (rare) 3 times. He fights everyday when he wants to give up. He has that S on his chest! His daughter at 22 texted me Father’s Day and said, Luke Combs did it… I can’t, I can’t I just can’t. Luke combs From start to Finish You sang about My dear Brother Donald Scott Towler. #ScottieStrong Being his Little Sister and only one and from his Daughter We thank you from the bottom of Our hearts. I’ve never been to a concert at at 47 You will be my first If I make it. Ride around in heaven That’s My son and his Pawie! You did it Luke Combs you have touched are Hearts Deeply I wish you could spend the day with my brother. You’d say Man, how did I do it ? We one day will Remember Him that way! You can truly feel/hear the love, makes me emotional, with roots of both sadness and happiness.

I’ve heard plenty daddy daughter songs and some mom and son songs and occasionally a mom and daughter song. I was thinking we really need a father son song there aren’t enough. My dad is my hero and having a 3 year old son, the father son relationship has me in all kinds of feels because I get to play both roles. Two months of waiting and looking like gives me 11 songs and my heart can’t take it, I think I cried at all of them. Love you dad love you son!

Maybe there will not be a lot of people that relate to this album but I’m glad he wrote it for fathers like me! This album does not miss!

Anything this guy does is fire!! He’s so gifted and love everything about this album
