I have loved Fiona since Tidal but my favorite so far is Extraordinary Machine. I always come back to this album and love her creativity. And is there a better song about self esteem than Waltz (Better than Fine) ? I don’t think so.

I have played music for my entire life. The performances and interviews on this album flat-out made me cry. Some of the tracks I already have. I was forced to purchase them because they are "Album Only" but it was worth giving in to Apple's twisted mentality for the interviews... Would give 3 stars because I was forced into the Apple Way but I could put no less than 5 on any album I have purchased by this artist.

When I purchased this I didn't realize that half of it was an Fiona explaining the background of her songs. I am a fan, so for me it was wonderful, and made me love the songs even more. Very happy with this purchase.

Depending on how you feel towards Fiona, you should gauge your purchace likewise. The stories are interesting and it enlightened me to a few relevant facts about the origins of the Extraordinary Machine album. However, it is not essential unless you are a huge fan. I've met the girl and I adore her, so I purchased it like everything else I've ever run across, but I have to admit, after wanting something new so badly, it was a mild disappointment to me to find that it was half interview and not smashingly original material. That said, I still bought it and would again if I somehow lost it.
