What an amazing album! I can't stop listening to it! Donna sounds just as good here as she did 30 yeras ago. Why aren't they releasing more singles? Every song is worthy of being a hit!!!
I think Sand on my feet should be the next big hit!! Could be an awesome beach house mix just in time for summer:)

I love this album, it's amazing! I'm not a fan of her older stuff, but I really love this, My mom is a die hard fans of Donna Summer and Loves all her music, She's my moms favortie singer. and she has almost all her albums, Including this one. My favorite tracks are Stamp Your Feet, Sand On My Feet, I'm A Fire & Science Of Love.

she DOES NOT sound like that of her younger years. Listen to her 70's 80's and 90 and she clearly sounds of age. Her voice never wavered though always right on pitch and on any range which is a feat few can master.

I REMEMBER WHEN THIS RELEASE WAS PUT OUT IN '08 AND SAW MAJOR PROMOTION FOR THE "QUEEN OF DISCO'S" COMEBACK ALBUM "CRAYONS" FROM THE 70'S TILL HER RECENT PASSING DONNA SUMMER HAS BEEN AMAZING AUDIENCES IN (TELEVISION,RADIO,MUSIC) AROUND THE WORLD. I RECALL SEEING DONNA SUMMER ON AMERICAN IDOL,ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT AND A COMMERCIAL PROMOTING HER BRAND-NEW SINGLE "STAMP" I WAS AMAZED ON HOW SHE NEVER LOST IT! SHE BROUGHT A NEW FEEL TO HER MUSIC THAT MADE A STATEMENT THAT THE QUEEN OF DISCO WAS BACK!

This was a great album but radio, now that it is run my corporate folks, did not give it much play. I hope folks will listen to the songs on this album and realize that she was still is great voice. My she rest in peace.

Voice lost in electronics

Donna's voice is lost with too many electronic instruments. This is the first Donna Summer album that I cannot listen to. At this point in her career long fans like me are looking for simple songs that feature her powerful voice and not overbearing beats and electronic instruments drowning her out. What a huge disappointment after waiting all these years for a new album. Sorry, but someone had to say it!! I'll just cross my fingers that the next attempt will be better. For now, it's back to Bad Girls and the Live and More CD's until then.
