When I'm looking for support to relax the mind and body, I've found this album to be highly useful. I play it at a low level in the background and it works every time. The soft sound of rain mixed with softly ringing and singing bowls creates a sweet atmosphere that melts away stress for me.

I love to meditate with the bells. I feel the vibrations are very pure and calming. Also knowing a little music I appreciate how
they are in tune with each other. The natural white noise of the water is also a nice thouch.

The singing bowls are somehow in harmony and in pitch with each other.
I am sensitive in having the right pitch, especially for something you are going to listen to for extended periods of time,
and this CD does the job beautifully.
The addition of the rain sounds in the background really adds to the whole thing.
Very nice.
