The essence of true hip hop....TP and Esco have a smooth sound. The album hits on a variety of topics from personal and deep to "have fun" songs. Their production has a sound so familiar to the likes of Dr. Dre. Not quite at that level, but they seem to be heavily influenced by his sound. All in all, Connect gets a 4/5 for its well produced tracks and its deep, meaningful lyrics are the majority of the tracks. Also, for 9.99 you get 22 tracks...Not many artists today are putting out 22 track albums that are filled with quality and cleverly written lyrics. Rising stars! Buy this!

Anyone who enjoys hip hop, wether old school or new school, you love this CD. It's just a shame these guys don't get more credit for their awesome music.
