The squeaky-clean band that brought us "Sherri" and "Big Girls Don't Cry" releasing a song called "American Crucifixion"? That and more can be found on this album, The Four Seasons' bid for late-60s relevance.
While not entirely successful, this '60s oddity is worth a listen for a couple of good tunes (I enjoy "Look Up Look Over" and "Saturday's Father") and for the sheer weirdness of hearing Valli et al. at their most experimental.
