Hoodie Allen has been a favorite of mine for sometime. My sister and I have bonded over this stuff because it relates to our generation and gives off a very uplifting feeling. Show Me What You're Made Of is a smooth and fast song perfect for the easy-going drive of the day. "Overtime" is a mellow song leaned towards the end of the day stress relief and when it's time to have a small party or just jam out "Act My Age" is perfect with its loud bass hits and catchy beat and chorus. Although this is considered his "debut album" he does have other work and proves to many people why Hoodie Allen is the newest rapper on the block and others should keep an eye on him.
If you like this stuff he has plenty of free albums on his official website and even has another iTunes album called "All-American"

Hoodie is definitely my favorite upcoming artist. This is for sure the best album I have heard in 2015 so far, and it will be hard to top. I came across this album on my iTunes Radio with the song "All About it". "Movie" is my favorite song in this album. As far as a critical review, it seems as if all of the songs after "Act my Age" are in a completely different album, I do not like them nearly as much as the first half.
