The slow haunting vibe is so great in this. Giving a poor review because its not the version of her you want is immature. This should be evaluated on what it is and not what it isn't. I am really excited to hear more of her vocally. Such an amazing artist

Tal is an excellent bass player! If you think of her and her instrument as a Satriani, Beck, Clapton, Vai, then you realize the direction she should go in, no vocals and an all out balls to the wall rock album with her bass playing at the forefront! She's played with some of these guys and definitely got the chops! Tal, do what you do best and slap, tap, and rock that bass and give us that, not dark, brooding, an I've got to say just bad vocals. Love, love, love Tal ... But I have to agree this isn't what we have come to love, don't know Who's giving out 5 stars on this one ... of anyone who's followed her career for sometime now knows this was a decent attempt (at that) at maybe a lyrical ballad idk ... But I didn't care for it ... But only my opinion ... The only reason I give it 2 stars is only because it's Tal ...

I've followed Tal from her days with Jeff Beck. She continues to improve with age and is now breaking out the mic....good for her! I like the rock theme to this track...excited to hear more.

What are all these 5 star reviews about? This song, corner painter? Who is this, her friends and family? Really? 5 stars? The bit I just heard was not well produced and monotone, with an unpleasing melody. Tal is a freak of nature, prodigious bass player- she really ought to stick to instrumental.

Beautiful, dissonant, haunting, glorious. I don't often get excited by new rock music these days, but this effort is a notable exception. It is a breath of fresh air in a genre that has become too often bloated, recycled and unimaginative. Saw this track as part of an incredible performance opening for The Who in Denver on 3/29/16. Can't wait for the forthcoming album.

Saw her perform this and a full set opening for the Who two nights ago in Pittsburgh. Powerful, beautiful, emotive. Brutish and dissonant at times but balanced with these lovely threads of melody. I cannot wait for her full album and to see what she does next.
