This doesn’t sound anything like the DB’s….I can’t stand most anything MM does, it sounds like he’s getting ready to cry. But that’s just me. I wouldn’t put this in my play list if it was given to me.

I am a huge Doobie Brothers fan, especially before this album. For the longest time I didnt like this album, as it wasnt 'The Doobie Brothers sound' with Michael McDonald. But if you put that comparson aside, this is a really good, unique album. I do like Michael McDonald (love his vocals on Aja), and now appreciate better his contribution to keeping the Doobies going after the absense of Tom Johnston. This remastered version is better, but could be better.

The Doobies adding Michael McDonald is like when the Warriors signed Durant. What an incredible voice!
    • Best album ever

By hi myself me. and lastly, ME!
This is my dad’s favorite album, mine too I like the song Sweet Feelin’ the most because it reminds me of my grandparents how they used to listen to it.

I bought songs from the album before the remastered them, just checked my songs and they're no longer there. I looked for the album on iTunes and it doesn't seem to exist. Found it finally in the remastered form. In the transition, they took all my songs from the unremastered version! Not cool. Still a good album though, only reason I'm deciding to give this anything above a 1*.
