Love this album! But, yeah, "Sweet Freedom" should be on there. iTunes, please add the very best of Michael McDonald cd for purchase since this cd has this song and many more awesome songs!! So, just letting everyone know too!! I have this cd and it is great too!! It has this song I mentioned ( the single version) and "Yah Mo B There" among others in this compilation cd!😀

I finally gave up waiting for I-Tunes to get SWEET FREEDOM and borrowed a friends cd's. He had the single version and an extended version that runs about 7 minutes. Great song!

Sweet Freedom was never intended to be on a Michael McDonald album - it was on the soundtrack to Running Scared, the Billy Crystal/Gregory Hines film. You can find it on some Michael McDonald compilations, but that's it!!
