I’m worried that Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap wasn’t recorded properly, but still, oldest album (other than the Bing Crosby Christmas album) that has music that I appreciate. In fact the title track is what really started my AC/DC journey.

This is a good album for any hard rock fan and an essential for a true AC/DC fan. The late and great Bon Scott has a voice like no other, and he manages to sound like a a man from heaven itself, all the while screaming and wailing away. Personally this is, for the most part (maybe aside from the gargantuan, heart-thumping solo in "Squealer"), is not Angus Young's best work, it lacks a level of polished-ness and refinement only found on albums such as highway to hell and back in black, but for the most part, anyone can rock out with this album in all of it's dirty, unpolished, gritty glory.
