FREAKING PHENOMENAL. Many years ago my cousin turned me onto the song "Home", and I absolutely fell in love with Marc Broussard then. But I recently discovered three more albums and I'm jumping for joy… Marc Broussard is an incredible artist, he has phenomenal songwriting talent, and you can tell he loves the Lord through his lyrics. Amen brother, keep singing! :-)

But I can buy some singles? Itunes, ya been modifying this album for a few days. Finish up and allow me the whole album please. Go modify some bieber or gag_a_me.

Words can't describe the feeling his music gives. It's truly an all over fuzzy feeling. Keep making amazing music and you'll have me as a fan for life!!

first, i love Marc Broussard. Carencro is one of my favorite albums period. it was and is still amazing. i didn't even really listen to or preview this album very much, but bought it because Carencro was so good. needless to say after my title, i was really disappointed. i feel like he tried to change it up to much and in the process killed a really good thing. not that these songs are bad per say, but nothing compared to the quality of Carencro. i never make reviews on iTunes by the way. i wouldn't buy this album if i were you unless you just want to support marc. i hope on his next album he can bring it back to Carencro.

Marc Broussard is truly a breath of fresh air from all the me-too, canned, electropop mediocrity oozing from the radio of late.

I just saw the boy live last night at his hometown festival = Festival International de Louisiane. He is a dynamic performer live and most of this album was performed last night. Marc Broussard is a very bright personality here in Acadiana!

I've heard everything Marc has done and seen him live a few times and I have to say that I wasn't a huge fan of this album. There were a couple of tracks I liked, but it's too different from the earlier albums which I loved so much more than this. For hardcore Marc fans, you will find something you like, and hell, you may even like it more than I did, as most other reviewers did. But if you're just getting into his music, I would recommend earlier albums like Momentary Setback and Carencro.

When you turn on the radio today you hear vocals drowned out by guitar distortion, techno beats, and voice synthesizers. Even some of the prominent neo-soul singers have drifted towards this mainstream . I have been a fan of Marc Broussard for years, and nobody has been able to capture the true spirit of classic R&B and soul like Marc Broussard. Still, do not expect to hear carbon copies of old Al Green or Marvin Gaye songs here, as Marc brings a unique sound and unbelievable vocals. I would say that I'm still surprised that iTunes categorizes Marc Broussard as Rock, considering the obvious R&B, Blues, and Soul influences, but I suppose that is the value of Marc's music--it contains influences from each of those genres. I believe that this CD is his overall best work, with a good representation of all Marc can bring to the table vocally. My favorite song here is "Come in from the Cold," although each has it's own merits. The entire cd is worth a listen, through and through.

The catchiness of the songs from Carencro is gone on this album. It's all soul and not much fun. It's good, just not great like Carencro was.
