BAD ~not a complete song. Tried reporting and still...not a complete song, cuts out near the end.

This album has the beautiful tones and playing you expect from Trower, and it also has one of his better collections of songs in recent years. I'm not crazy about his singing, although it gets the job done. I do think the album would have been better with a stronger vocalist though. Recommended, although my downlaods have gaps in between the songs, which is annoying since you can tell that many of the tracks were meant to flow from one into the other.

I have followed Robin Trower's career from his early days with Procol Harum and have heard material and mixes that soar as well as some that were an attempt to hit the pop/rock charts and kinda missed the mark. With this album, it sounds like Robin is doing what he wants to do and produced an album that was from his heart. Not everything stands out "front and center", but it is overall a great Robin Trower album. It is my favorite since 20th Century Blues which kicks butt throughout which contained great riffs, tone, origianls and old blues covers with a Trower twist. This is in my opinion the best album of Trower's with him handling all the vocals. I gave it top rating as a Robin Trower album. If you are a Trower fan, I recommend this album- however, if your one of those people who only lives for the past and are expecting a vintage 'Bridge of Sighs' sound and feel, then I suggest you look for one of your other 70's bands album you don't have in your collection.

This album is magnificent. I've followed Trower since the late 70's and every song on this one is great. Pure pleasure.

I use to listen to Trower in the day and all my friends would be amazed. At first they would always guess Hendrix. What a great guitar player and so un-heralded.

It will be a sad day when RT no longer puts out LPs. If you are on the fence about this album just check out "As You Watch the City Fall" and "Skin and Bones", KILLER! I love to hear RT singing his own songs. I give this LP 5 stars easily.

I just stumble across the CD the other day and so glad i bought it. Robin can play with such feeling an emotion. For me i was looking for something that would just hit me in the gut; this CD does just that. If your likeing is good guitar tone, with great melody lines then buy this CD............

I have seen Robin Trower many times. This is up there with his best, (Bridge of Sighs, in my humble opinion.) I did not like For Earth Below too much, or Passion either, but his last 3 have been great. I am 52, he must be pushing 60, ROCK ON ROBIN TROWER!!!!!

Very creative and melodic effort by Robin Trower - who is at the top of his game. Personal favorites are Buffalo Blues, Wish You Were Mine and Sleeping on the Moon. Entire album is great.
