These Hard Times

This is really a good year for matchbox 20 i mean with a big hit like How far we've come and these hard times a rising sucess. who know what is next for matchbox You should all go get this album or at least this video

I love this song. and i love their new album. i just recently saw them Live, and wow, they were amazing, they played this song and it sounds just as amazing as it does on the CD. i think the new stuff on Exile On Mainstream is awsome, but i still dont understand why they put some of their older things on it. but still. amazing song.

THIS IS THE BEST SONG BY MATCHBOX TWENTY!!!!!!!!!!!! THE MELODY IS GREAT! BUT THE WORDS AND MEANING OF THE SONG IS OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!!!!!!! IT'S LIKE AN INSPIRATIONAL SONG....REALLY SIMPLE TO LEARN THE WORDS! AND SING A LONG TO WHEN UR HAVING A ROUGH DAY!!! IF UR LOOKING FOR ANOTHER SONG LIKE THIS...TRY GOO GOO DOLLS...BETTER DAYS!!

I'll be quite honest, matchbox twenty has had some pretty terrible music videos. But these last two music videos ("How Far We've Come" and "These Hard Times") are truly amazing. What strikes me about this one is that it is very simple, which is great because the beauty of simplicity is lost so much today. And, it's sort of hard to explain, but this music video has a very appealing beatle-esque air to it which I absolutely love.

I am sure it is good and all, but I have tried and tried and I can't hear anything. If you ask me, you should be able to hear the music if you buy it...

reminds me of the IYG video. just the guys playing music. it's nice to have the focus on the band and nothing else.

Matchbox is Amazing. This video not the greatest, but the song is great. The lyrics mean a lot if you can understand them. Exile on Mainstream is a great album, not because the new songs are the best but because it combines almost all of there best songs. However, they get overlooked because of How Far We've Come. Honestly, a real matchbox fan understands thats not their best song. There are other ones far better like: Push, Feel, 3 A.M., Bright Lights, Bent, and Downfall. Which All appear on the second disc of this album. So regard the first disc for what it's worth but understand it's not the best.
