Listen you bunch of idiots who hate this live, Dragonforce is good, they can play up to speed in this album if anything you should be disappointed in is ZP not singing the way he should but overall the songs are good, guitars are amazing, drums are beast, so shut up and stop making this BS that Dragonforce cant play up to speed and of course the music is going to sound slightly different because its live, all bands are that way. Stop hating and enjoy. Nikolai - DF

Instrumental: Just about fantastic. Vocals: Gotta admit, a bit weak. All in all, like it.
    • I already got it from Best Buy! Nonetheless...

This is a great album and the live performances are the best of Dragonforce and they are now way better now than they were here live (they were still awesome here tho). And whoever down there who said ZP couldnt hold his notes for more than 2 secs, ur wrong, at the end of heroes of our time, he held the last notes way longer than the studio and he only went one half step lower in key, not "3 or 4 octaves"! Just to clarify... And u also need to put on the Japanese Edition so we get Black Fire live and Disciples of Babylon live!

I have always been a great fan of Dragonforce, I enjoyed them become more modernized and electronic, but as we all know a while ago good ol' ZP left the band due to 'melodic differences' or some other BS cover story. ZP Theart absolutely MADE the band, he was the life of all the songs. Now that he's gone, the boundary-pushing feel is gone with him. Dragonforce will never be the same, changed for the worse.
    • That's not it.

Listen to the studio albums then the live album. Everything is a half step lower on the live album. So either they speed up the guitars on the studio albums or the had to tune the guitars lower for the singer to hit his notes. Don't record things you can't play live. If you like Dragonforce I would recommend you stick to the studio albums.

Thats what they should be named. They sound completly terrible live, ZP cant hold a note for more than like 2 seconds, and hes singing 3-4 octaves lower than the studio albums. The drums over power the guitar, and i dont even hear the rythm guitarist anywhere. I am disapointed with live performances, but still love what comes out of the studio.

Dragonforce has been forgiven for their betrayal to the power metal world, but without a singer they will slowly wither away...........
