God Bless Chris. These songs have inspired a 14 year old such as me. His messages deliver hope and willingness to go on.

I must say I think this album is right up to par with his previous work. He can say exactly how I am feeling in a way I can't. I'm so grateful God gave him the gift to write the way he does. He is completly unique and if I'm feeling a certain way I just listen to one of his songs and my spirits are lifted. I'm so thankful he uses his music to spread the Gospel of Jesus. As for this album I didn't think he strayed from his usual message just found a wonderful way to combine God's love and joy when He brings a man and woman together with the love they feel for each other.

This album is amazing and I've been listening to it forever. But to be completely honest with you, I miss the old Chris Rice. Maybe he could come out with another Christian based album? But either way I'll love it! I've been a huge fan for the past 10 years. WOOT WOOT CHRIST RICE!!!

Chris, oh Chris - you continue to astound and delight us with your lyrics, as if you've been listening to our hearts (but expressing them much more eloquently, of course). I intermittently chortle and sigh at the emotions provoked by the words to these songs. Thank you, thank you. This album just near about made my week... maybe my year! And as for the "he's not writing the same quality 'Christian music' anymore" debate. Dear friends, we were created to glorify God in so many different ways. Chris Rice has talent - in his voice, his lyrics, his wonder of the world around him. And no matter what he's singing about, it's obvious where his values lie in his words. I admire his ability to break free from the labels of a strictly Christian artist, and let his music reach more people. The Lord above knows that more music like Chris' needs to be out there for everyone to listen to. Bravo, Chris and eb+flo... bravo.

The man's got wit, what can I say? He's proven a soaring spirit already, now an uplifting charm. With light-hearted lyrics at some times, and the occasional sit-and-thinker at others, the tunes are always dramatic, catchy and new every time I listen. The title song stands out, as well as 'You don't have to yell', and 'Here come those eyes' - super clever!
    • Another Fantastic Rice Album!

Chris Rice did another excellent job with this album. Along with his title song, "What a Heart Is Beating For", I really enjoyed "Love Is Gonna Break Through", "You Don't Have to Yell", "Punch Lines and Ironies" & "Let the Words Escape".
    • A good album overall and worth having in your collection.

I enjoyed this album and think that it is worth having in your collection. It is not in my top 10, but it is really good. I found some of the tracks that try to lend an authentic feel, out of place in the middle of the album. They are skipped in my play and list and I think would work better at the end.
