This is sooo good! I have alot of her music. I love how she alternates her voice between headphones. I was so relaxed as her calming voice guided me to relax all my muscles. I am a busy and hyper woman and always exercising. However sometimes I cut my workout a little short so I can "exercise" my mind. Just listening to her I do not feel guilty or lazy I know I am doing something truly positive. Seriously I have noticed a big difference in my attitude the last couple weeks and I look better, like I had dark circles from some big stress and I do not have dark circles no more.So now I am so hooked! LOL! But her Universal meditation 2 has done wonders. If you listen to the introduction she is right.Of course you have to buy it. But I so swear by meditation!! Kelly is awesome. But have to have headphones.Also really focusing on what she is saying is important and a good imagination. Just go with it! Meditation and of course Kelly is my "drug"!

As much as I wanted this to work, it doesn't. I listened for the recommended duration and found no change in attracting love. I have to admit it is a relaxing CD, and Kelly's voice is soothing and convincing. However, love just doesn't happen as one visualizes, so if that's what you're looking for don't waste your money or time. Pass on this CD and focus your energy someplace else.

I bought this so I can focus on attracting a authentic relationship. I've been listenting to this consistently for six weeks and feel better and am more optimistic about finding a relationship. I have a few of Kelly's CDs and have become a fan for the past three years or so. Once I am done with one of hers, I buy a new one to relax to.
