Living Prayer

I have one other of Kelly Howells meditations, and that one is good i love her voice, its soothing but not strange or disruptive sounding. the Theta waves in this one really comes out. I didn't use headphones as suggested but was able to tune in well enough with my phillips sound dock, which is like a Bose stereo only cheaper. i only listened to this one night so far as i do it while in bed getting ready to sleep. the effects were so profound after just one night. while listening to it i felt floaty and tuned into the theta wave sounds more and more than really the voice i fell deep into a cometic sleep and slept all night, which is usually not the case, my daughter will wake me up and she didn't, she listened to it too and del right asleep also. she's only 3. I've been having lost of pain manifested in my body from stress and not being able to get a massage or chiropractic treatment to ease that, normally i don't have this kind of pain, but I'm energetically clogged with a backup of stress. when i woke up the next morning after listening to this, my body feels refreshed, my muscles aren't as hunched up to my ears, and several vertebrae in my neck back and low back adjusted, or "cracked" sending waves of relief throughout my spine and limbs. I have a more positive out look today and whatever life has to throw me, ill be in a better mood to deal with it. there are scientific studies on stuff like this, it has healed chronic pain, stress, cancer, etc. so this is no B>S this really works, and i am grateful for the service to human kind for her dedicated service to all. you will do yourself and your body & soul a favor to get this.

Gosh, I swear I am buying most of her cd's I should get a discount by now! Ha! Anyway I am compelled to say how much I love this one even though I bought this a while back. I just have to put in my say here. This particular one is great as well and unique! I love the guided imagery and the music. Always diggin on her voice! Kelly really is a pro and listening to this is peaceful. LOVE IT!

Kelly Howell has produced an excellent guided imagery cd in Living Prayer. It is relaxing and healing. It allows one to visit difficult issues in a safe, caring environment. I highly recommend this cd.

This meditation was very powerful. I have been listening to Kelly Howell's Theatre of the Mind podcast for about a year now and she is quite amazing. This mediation visualization however brought me to tears and really resonated with me spiritually. I saw a Goddess kiss my forehead while listening to this one and I really appreciate the time I had to soak it in. I highly recommend anyone of any belief to use this for a healing, prayer and realization practice.

This guided meditation brought me to tears and I sobbed tears of joy and release the entire time. It was a completely spiritual experience that was incredibly cathartic in nature. It was simply amazing. I have to thank God for Kelly Howell and the amazing healing power he has given her.
