    • Makes elliptical time fly!

This is great to accompany me while I'm on the elliptical and reading. It keeps me paced and motivated, increasing my caloric burn while not distracting me from my reading.
    • Can't run to it

My knees are gone but I cycle and swim to it. I have an undewater MP3 player and it has really been hard to find music to put on it. The pace is tough to match. This worked out well and times just right for a swimmer. I also use it on long cycling climbs and find I push just a bit harder. I find it hard to match music with workouts because it is either uninteresting or too interesting. On this the music is ineteresting enough and the beat is very driving.

I used this running medition starting about 13 years ago. I used it for several years and it was very motivating. Not sure what the other reviewer was looking for but I'm glad I found this on I-tunes because I misplaced my audio tape years ago.
    • Very disappointing

I am usually a fan of Kelly Howell's work. I use her "Intense Creativity" CD while I'm working and find that it helps me focus and block out office noise. This CD, on the other hand, was a *major* disappointment. In no way does this qualify as a "meditation" --rather, the tracks consist of lame new-agey fast-paced music with a repetitive voice-over. There was no real "imagery" to speak of, as advertised. In fact, the voice-over is almost laughable! After 20 minutes of listening, I turned it off and switched back to my regular running music. Absolutely not worth $9.99! I wish I could get my money back!
