I have been listening to this track since before it was released on audio tapes or IPods existed.
If you are interested in meditation GET THIS, or the track titled Deep Meditation.
Either track will take you to very deep levels meditation and might take years to reach those levels without assistance.
What makes this technology so special is that it plays different frequencies in each ear.
This binaural technology gets the two hemispheres of the brain working together.
