      I have to respond to the one star review. I too have been a fan of Kelly Howell's for a long time, and it is surprising to me that you are not aware that the "subliminal" message is perceived by the "subconscious" mind even though you will not hear anything directly. This is a technique that she has been using for years on many other recordings. The spoken words are carefully "woven into" the background sounds and/or music. I normally would not do this, but I love my Kelly Howell and your one star review is unwarranted.

      I am very disappointed in this album and would like my money back! I have been a fan of Kelly Howell's work for over 20 years and still listen to various CD's & even cassette tapes she created. All others have a meditation with her speaking & an induction to sleep. This one simply is a bad recording of ocean sounds & no audible speaking so there is no way to know the subliminal message your brain is receiving. Other creators of meditation recordings apps allow the listener to try the product & then purchase with an in-app purchase feature. I would never have bought this one if I had tried it first. Very disappointed. I want a refund!
