I in a word this was awful.I thought walking meditation was supposed to be relaxing not rap. Total waste of money Iwill never buy her stuff again once was enough.There is a difference in walking meditation and walking exercise,the purpose of meditation is to meditate NOT to exercise. I could not belive what i was listeningto .What a mess IF you want this for meditation DO NOT BUY>

Prior to purchasing this, I read another review. His was scathing. I had purchased another of Kelly Howell's tapes, and found it was just as I had expected. Now, yes, there is Kenny G. style music. But there is a nice, clean (if rap is allowed to be clean) rap. I work with teens and found the mix to hit both younger and older walkers. The Kenny G style is fast enough to keep you in step, and the rap is clean, but inviting enough to be plesant. The rapper sounded like Will Smith to me, very nice. I would reccomend this to all age groups. Mine? 50-60 age group. So get out there and start walking!!

This CD is THE WORST excuse when it comes to meditation music I have ever listened to and I feel completely ripped off. Imagine a meditation CD that sounds like a mix of rap and Kenny G. The brief listening blurb you get from iTunes is a horrible example of what is on this CD. Do not buy it unless you want to listen to it as you walk and then beat the pulp out of somebody by the time you are done. What a joke. It truly deserves zero stars.
